Shipping Area

SleepTight currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping Options and Costs

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $30 or more. Orders below $30 can select available paid shipping options. Express and carrier-calculated shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as promptly as possible after payment is confirmed. Available shipping services and estimated delivery information are displayed at checkout where available.

Delivery Estimates

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside SleepTight’s reasonable control.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available after shipment through the shipping confirmation email or order status page.

Shipping Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. To request an address correction, contact support@getsleeptight.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but an address cannot be guaranteed to change after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, Lost, or Other Delivery Issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you experience another delivery issue, contact support@getsleeptight.com with your order number. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
