Cancellation policy

SleepTight subscriptions automatically renew at the delivery frequency you select (every 1 month or every 2 months). The recurring subscription price shown at purchase will be charged to your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through your Shopify customer account and subscription management page. For help, email support@getsleeptight.com. To avoid the next charge and shipment, cancel before the next recurring order is processed.

Cancellation applies to future renewals only. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not automatically canceled or refunded. Requests relating to those orders are handled under our Refund Policy.
